COMPLAINTS, ABUSE REPORTING, AND CONTENT REMOVAL POLICY

- Purpose and Scope: We receive reports, complaints, content removal requests, and other similar submissions (collectively “Submissions”) about many issues, including abusive behavior, non-consensual content being posted, and other violations of our Terms of Use. This Policy summarizes how we review and handle these Submissions. Whether or not you are a member of this website, you may make a Submission.
- Definitions:In this Policy, defined terms have the same meanings given to them in our Terms of Use.
- How to make a Submission: please use our “report abuse” form found on this website, or send your Submission to team@cams.com. Any Submission sent via email should include your name, address, contact details, a description or explanation supporting it, and, if possible, the URL supporting it.
- How we will deal with Submissions: We will take such steps as we consider to be appropriate to investigate your Submission within a timescale which is appropriate to the nature of your Submission. If we require further information or documents from you, we may contact you for further details. We will endeavor to investigate and respond to your Submission within five (5) business days.
- Appeal of Content Removal: If content is removed or restricted pursuant to this Policy, the affected user may submit a written request for review of that decision by contacting team@cams.com and providing relevant supporting information. The Company will review such requests in its discretion. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement of content or accounts.
- How we will deal with complaints related to copyright infringement: Complaints related to copyright infringement must be submitted in accordance with our DMCA Policy set forth in the Terms of Use, and we will respond to copyright infringement complaints as set out in such policy, consistent with the DMCA.
- Good Faith Requirement. By submitting a Submission, you agree to that the information provided is accurate and submitted in good faith. Knowingly false, abusive, or misleading Submissions may result in account suspension or termination and may expose you to legal liability. We will not to respond to Submissions that are incomplete, duplicative, clearly unfounded, or that constitute spam or abusive communications.
- No Waiver: No provisions or actions taken pursuant to this Policy shall be construed as a waiver, limitation, or relinquishment of any rights, immunities, defenses, or safe harbor protections available to the Company under applicable law, including, without limitation, those afforded pursuant to the Communications Decency Act, 47 U.S.C. § 230, and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.
- Conflicts: In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this Policy and applicable law, including, without limitation, the Communications Decency Act, 47 U.S.C. § 230, and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512, such applicable law shall control. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this Policy and our Terms of Use and/or Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use and/or Privacy Policy shall control.
